"Love the staff at Nick Oldenburgs office. Today there was an "issue" with my auto payment after my card expired. I'd like to point out Amy in the office even reached out last month to give a heads up on my card expiring before my next payment due date. Human error on my end I'm sure, my autopay info didn't update. Long story short, a quick call to the office, they updated my information and had everything squared away for the future within minutes. Amy in the office has always been wonderful. The staff has always gone above and beyond in the customer service department. Even in the frustration of my own human error, Amy and Justin remained calm and fixed the problem in no time. 10/10 recommend this team."
