She helped me through the process of filing a claim to replace the roof of my house after a hailstorm. First of all, she helped me find a trustworthy person who would give me an honest appraisal of whether it would be worth filing a claim, and after I decided to file, she helped me through the necessary steps to to work with the roofer and the adjuster until the project had been completed. This took nearly a full calendar year through no fault of State Farm, but because of winter weather and the slow response of the solar panel company to remove the panels from the roof so the roofers could do their job. Through it all Amy continued to check in with me to see how (and if) the work was progressing. It was reassuring to me that she had a good working relationship with the roofers and I felt that Amy really cared about me and that the work on my house would be done well."
